How Celuzen Makes Money
Celuzen LLC ("Celuzen," "we," "us," or "our") operates celuzen.com, a comparison platform for phone plans, internet providers, and travel connectivity products. We provide our comparison tools and editorial content to you at no cost.
We earn revenue in two ways:
- Affiliate click-out fees. When you click a "View Plan" button or outbound link on our site that takes you to a provider's website, we may receive a referral fee from that provider. This fee is paid by the provider, not by you. It may be structured as a cost-per-click (CPC) or cost-per-acquisition (CPA) payment.
- Promoted placements. Some providers pay us to feature their plans in designated advertising positions on our results pages. These placements are always clearly labeled as "Promoted," "Sponsored," or "Ad" so you can distinguish them from our organic rankings.
What This Means for You
When you use Celuzen to find and compare plans, you should know:
- You pay the same price. The price you see on our site is the same price you would pay if you went directly to the provider. Our referral fees are paid by the provider and are never added to your cost.
- Our organic rankings are not for sale. The order in which plans appear in our unsponsored results is determined by our own methodology — factoring in price, features, data quality, user ratings, and value. Providers cannot pay to influence these rankings.
- We may not show every plan. While we work to maintain comprehensive coverage, we may not have affiliate relationships with every provider in the market, and some plans may not appear on our platform. We aim to include them regardless of whether we have a commercial relationship, but gaps may exist.
- Promoted placements are always labeled. If a provider has paid for a featured position, it will be clearly marked. We will never disguise paid placements as organic results.
How Our Rankings Work
Our comparison results are generated using a combination of plan data (price, data allowance, speed, network type, included features) and quality signals (user ratings, editorial review scores, provider reliability). We apply the same methodology consistently regardless of whether we have a commercial relationship with a given provider.
We do not:
- Alter organic rankings based on affiliate commission rates
- Suppress plans from providers who do not pay us
- Present paid placements as editorial recommendations without labeling
- Sell or share your personal data with providers or third parties
Affiliate Relationships
We may participate in affiliate programs operated directly by providers or through affiliate networks such as CJ Affiliate, Awin, Impact, and similar platforms. The specific providers with which we have affiliate relationships may change over time.
The presence or absence of an affiliate relationship with a particular provider does not determine whether that provider's plans appear on our site. Our goal is to show you comprehensive, accurate comparison data regardless of our commercial arrangements.
FTC Compliance
This disclosure is provided in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255) and the FTC's guidance on disclosures in digital advertising. We are committed to transparency about our business model and our relationships with the companies whose products appear on our platform.
Accuracy and Data
We make reasonable efforts to keep plan information current and accurate. However, providers change their offerings frequently, and there may be a delay between when a provider updates a plan and when that change is reflected on our site. Always verify the final price, terms, and conditions directly on the provider's website before making a purchase decision.
